bathroom wash base already blocked condition and included breakfast is very limited food totally not satisfied

AC was not working properly, room full of mosquitos. food also too much expensive. Staff and remaining experience was good

Hotel is located in the middle of a big market... Street is active from 3.45am onwards.. So sleep ing is very difficult... We can order food from room only, there is no other Hotel is nearby.. Walkable distance from Rly stn & Mittayi Theruvu... Room is too congusted.. There is not even a table also in the room for taking food.. Poor stay.. No recommending...

There's no proper response for invoice they are taking more than 2 days no pest control in the room. Response of the staffs not up to mark delayed more for providing invoice Rooms have more cockroaches and bed bugs

Location is good, service is excellent and staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall great experience, would defintely recomend to others. Thanks for the stay

⭐ 1 Star "Horrible Stay – Totally Not Worth the Money" I booked a room at HOTEL KINGS, Calicut for over), and the experience was extremely disappointing. Reception staff were rude and unprofessional, showed no respect or basic customer service. The room was very small, and there was no proper bed to sleep on. Bathroom was dirty and had no lock, which made it unsafe and uncomfortable. I was bitten by bed bugs, and I couldn’t sleep the whole night due to severe itching and rashes, especially on my legs. No facilities as promised – the MakeMyTrip app showed that the room would have: WiFi Hot water Dining table Kettle Work desk Dental kit Clean bedsheets But none of these were available in the actual room. Bedsheet was torn and looked unhygienic. This hotel completely misleads customers online and provides very poor quality rooms in reality. For this price, you can find much better, cleaner, and safer options in Calicut. Not recommended at all. Please avoid.

The room was not worth for the money.There were many cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. Overall a very bad experience.

I booked a non-AC room (Room 324) at Hotel Kings Calicut through MakeMyTrip for including GST, and it was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was extremely small and cramped, with a tiny hostel-like bed and a cheap local blanket. There was no kettle, no Wi-Fi, no ambient or dim lighting, and we were constantly attacked by mosquitoes the whole night—I couldn’t sleep at all. The toilet seat was broken, the shower area was so tight I couldn’t even stand properly, and there were no basic hygiene items like soap, tissue paper, or toothbrush. What made it worse was that my wife was on her period during our stay, and she had to suffer through all this because we had no other option—every nearby hotel was either full or far too expensive. This experience was not only disappointing but also unacceptable. I kindly request MakeMyTrip to inspect this property, especially Room 324, to confirm these conditions, take necessary action against the hotel, and process a refund for this miserable stay. No guest should have to go through what we experienced, i will not recommend to anyone this hotel .
