businessPathetic room, not even ac. I have wrongly booked non ac one. When i have asked for upgrade the same they are ch-aging 1000 rs for ac only. Also in the non ac room they even dont have calling fan, only tabel fan they have. My entire day has spoiled.

Location provided is on another road i e. M malai road whereas the property is behind malabar keys on ram mohan road. Phone was not working. No hot water

Very bad
Property is not clean and no proper conversation. Very bad bathroom. When people ask about cleanliness there not listen to clean at least

Not suitable for family
Unhygienic rooms, no basic facilities available, congested rooms, food is not available in house. Needs to improve lot as per pictures.
