neat and clean rooms. good staff. breakfast is average. location is good to move around between beach and eating places..

Average Stay
Stayed at Royal Plaza Inn by RAK for a few days and overall had a great experience. The room was clean, well-kept, and stocked with good-quality toiletries. Housekeeping was regular and reliable, and the sheets and towels were always fresh. The location couldn’t be better — right in the centre of the city, with plenty of eateries, coffee shops, and even a bike rental within walking distance.The staff were polite, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. However, the breakfast was a letdown. It felt quite limited, both in variety and quantity, and they started packing up well before the closing time. For a place that otherwise takes hospitality seriously, that part felt out of tune.It’s a comfortable and convenient stay overall, and I’d gladly return — hopefully next time they’ll take the breakfast service a bit more seriously.

Really great stay at Royal Plaza Inn. The staff is courteous, breakfast good, and the location is perfect to travel around tourist spots.

Excellent Stay
I recently stayed at the Royal Plaza Inn by RAK Rooms in Calicut, and it was a delightful experience! The hotel is ideally located at the Fourth Gate, making it very convenient for travelers whishing to visit beach and the best place for food lovers with a lot of restaurants nearby . The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. The amenities are top-notch, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day right. The service was exceptional—staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend the Royal Plaza Inn to anyone visiting Calicut!

Good Stay
The hotel and stay was really good. It is still under construction and waiting for the formal inauguration. Except for the slight smelling in the bath room (i think it can be rectified with a better plumbing) the stay was good. They are making arrangements for breakfast- that's what they said. Very courteous staff. Entrance is not visible from outside and there is some smell-i think the waste water recycling plant. They need to rectify that.
