The property is well located. They don't have restaurant so food review is out of question. But outsourced Brea is all kerala fare. Room service is skeletal can't complain got some outside food and they gave plates and cutlery

I had the chance to stay at Metro empires for 3 days and this day. The facilities were actually better than expected. But when I explored the swimming pool the water was off colour and dust was also there. Overall I had a good experience

Nice stay, good rooms. But no restaurant inside. Staff also ok. Bathroom is clean. Main problem is No restaurant. We need to walk a km to have food

The hotel was stunning. Staff service was prompt. The room was cozy and comfortable. The pool was sparkling clean. The locality was peaceful yet well-connected to the city and really close to bus stop and railway station.

The place was clean and very organised. Staff were professional and extremely hospitable. Despite the hotel not having a kitchen of its own, it offered a delicious breakfast spread to all guests. Subsequent meals are to be ordered in.

No restaurant. It was a disappointment

The stay was pleasant with easy access to all major food spots. The room was neat and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was also good. However, there was a power outage, and the transition to the generator took 2 to 3 minutes, which was inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

Worst behaviour by front desk staff during check out. Previous day I have cleared all my bills and asked them that I will check out at early morning. They took the cash and did not cleared the bill. The other person during checkout asked me to pay the bill once again. I was suppose to board the train in the morning and he is not ready to listen. Then he called someone and finally I rushed to railway station. Very pathetic customer service

The overall stay experience and hospitality was good except the fact that we constantly had to contact reception for some needy stuff like dental kit, toilet tissues, towels , laundry bags like that . It will be much more comfortable as all those necessary things will be set in advance. And finally the water quality in the pool felt very poor as it looked so cloudy and yellowish, which restricted our mind from swimming and enjoying. These are the basic but necessary faults that we found, and looking forward to taking necessary actions in order to rectify it. Thankyou.

The staff from the front desk to the service staff were very helpful and ready for service with a pleasing smile. The location is also very convenient to access public transport. The pool and gym are also very hygienic and well equipped. I feel so refreshed while inside the room and lobby.

The property is decently located and the rooms are good enough. But the staff are very inefficient and rude. While its a non-smoking hotel, the reality was different. People smoked inside the room and due to central AC the entire floor was smelling like cigarettes. Breakfast was good. The entire experience was not worth the charges but thanks to their decent breakfast we left the property on a good mood

Our stay at Metro Empires was excellent. I had booked a standard room, which, though a bit small, was well-designed and perfectly suited for a small family. The breakfast was very good, and my daughter especially enjoyed the swimming pool on the 4th floor. The gym was compact yet functional. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for us.

Very bad experience. No restaurant inside the hotel. No food available. Non co operative staff. No basic amenities as well
