very bad room ,there is no water pressure in the bathroom ,half the lights don't work The mattress is very horrible ,tv is just a show piece as there is no subscription for any channels,bathroom exaust fan does not work .when asked for a room change was denied room change ...overall very bad experience.

Very close to the bus stop. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was attentive. We asked for some cutlery, which was delivered promptly. When we inquired about nearby tourist spots, they provided a flyer listing all the attractions along with their distances from the hotel. We didn’t know Malayalam but didn’t face any problem communicating with the staff in Hindi or English.

Absolutely delightful stay. The staff was fantastic and the room was perfect. I highly recommend it!

This is a avarage stay,no bathroom accessories, Normal rooms.bed and sheets are very old no coffee/ Tea before 8 am

Hotel stay was excellent. No difficulty to find out the hotel as it is very nearby from Private Bus stand. I didn't ask for food facility. Service was good. As for the amenities it was very poor. First of all there was no hangers available in the shelf and AC remote was giving problems.

Recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side ,the room size was good. Additionally location was convenient making it easy to access nearby town. However there were several areas that needs improvement, as there were noticable signs of wear and tear. The most disappointing aspect was the bathroom which was stinking. Another downside was the lack of an onsite restaurant.The hotel arranged for food from outside,but unfortunately the quality of food was not good. The check in and check out process was smooth.

hotel rooms are not good as we expected. Complementary breakfast was there in my package, but in property it was cancelled due to holiday.
