Greens Residency

Location - Location provided absolutely wrong Amenities - really pathetic. Most of the amenities mentioned are not provided. Geyser is not there in the toilet. When When asked receptionist said we will arrange. Services - terrible. At night people staying in the neighbouring room were creating lot of noise. Early morning I had to leave at which time smell of alcohol was there in the entire corridor. Receptionist was not there at that time. I had to wake up a helper sleeping there to get the gate opened. A huge truck was blocking the way through which i had to struggle to get my car out of the premises. Earlier parking was also troublesome. Services - When asked about the lack of amenities at the time of check-in, receptionist was very arrogant. No helpers were there at the time of check-in. Overall very terrible experience. Never ever try this hotel.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

The rooms are small, can’t fit for extra bed in the room. But they collected the charges for extra bed

Room is of average size. Room ventillation for non ac room is poor. Located on kalpetta road and is easily accessible.

Poor hygiene. Location is good
