Review Of Urban Inn Resort Nearby Srinagar Airport

The hotel looks different from the photos . We stayed in 2 super deluxe rooms on ground floor. They were very smelly and the general hygiene of the dining area was not great. There was a faucet handle missing in my room's basin. Breakfast served was okay and the tea had a weird burnt smell. The good part of this property is that it is very close to airport and the staff is good

The hotel staff is cooperative and friendly. Rooms are clean and hygenic. Near to airport so we could reach there within 10 minutes.

Rooms are very small and not as that shown in photos, their fans are noisy, tvs dont work, some rooms dont have fan.

Overall is good

Very humble and helping staff. Great hospitality. Rooms were large and comfortable with extra beds. We are definitely staying here next time.

Poor dealing of the staff poor room quality poor service in nutshell it was a sure cheating no value for money.

Stayed only one night, got a good deal from a website. Hardly 10 minutes from the airport to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Morning breakfast was also good. Clean and large rooms on the top of this staff is very much kind and helpful. Overall it is good for stay here.
