It was very good experience with winterline good atmosphere and valley view also good service and food

Sub acha h room and locations, view b hut clear h but pat a nhi mujhe hote se b hut positive vibes nhi aa rahi the bake food bhi teak h

Worst experience poor service check in timing 12 o'clock but they delay 1 o'clock reception service so poor way to talk room service worst room condition worst worst experience.

The hotel was well maintained and cleaned. The staff was very humble and helpful. Food was also amazing in taste. I've no complaints from this hotel. If someone wants to stay from the crowd of mall road then they can definitely book this hotel because it's not too far from the mail city. The staff also helps us to get a scooty on rent.

The hotel staff is very nice and the cleanliness is also very good the rooms are clean and beautiful and the way to go and the parking is also very good. The outside view of the hotel is lovely and the food is tasty

I found this hotel on makemytrip but when i reached there no person was there and they took about 45 minutes to confirm the rooms. There was no proper room service. Bedsheets were dirty

I have booked two rooms one is mountain view and another is classic they didn't give me the same room. They gave me normal rooms. When i ask him to give what i have booked then they denied to give us those room.

I booked 2 rooms in Rs which I paid, it was in offer. After that I called the hotel for confirmation, they confirmed it saying you are most welcome, but when j reached at hotel they refused to give the rooms in the same price, they forced us to cancel the room or to shift in some other hotel otherwise. I request the manager to give us the same room in the same price, then at last he gave us the same room but in the upgraded price, we payed 1500 more there. it was a very bad experience, but yes rooms were so good, so clean, their was also a balcony in the room with a beautiful view

Rooms are neat and clean. I loved the location and the rooftop cafe. Food was also delicious but with little bit high prices.

The experience with bookings on MakeMyTrip are good. But the hotel townhouse oak hotel winter line inn in mussorie is not worth the rating. Bad experience at the hotel. Bad damp smell everywhere in hotels and rooms. And rude manager.

Location was quite good but it is far from mall road.. we have to hire scooty to reach there… food was delicious n tasty what we have ordered. staff is good n cooperative.. those who have their vehicles can reach there easily. Parking space is there to park their vehicle

So let me begin with what i liked: 1. Clean rooms, clean washroom, bed and bath linen. 2. Rooftop restaurant offers a beautiful view. One can sit there for hours and rejuvenate. 3. Restaurant staff - polite and cooperative. What i didn't like: 1. Reception staff - needs to be more professional. 2. Food quality can be improved. 3. They don't accept card payments. 4. Our room did not have an intercom. Go there only if you are on a budget and not finicky about having these amenities.

Well maintained - great - fantastic

The location is 3-4 km away from mussoorie but if you are planning to go for sahashtra dhara and robbers cave than it is good. Food was tasty although it was quite costly like they charge 90rs for a glass of milk. Hygiene was good. Only one thing which i don't like was the behavior of one staff.

Food was good but the receptionist person mr was awfull. We had booked mountain view room with balcony but he gave all those catagory rooms to other persons and said that he had no room and if we want to stay we need to take the room without balcony. After sometime he gave our category room to new entrants. He charged us 600 rs additional for extra person and didn't gave the bill as well. Pathetic 🥺

Hotel was not provided room to us, mm p takes money for advance booking, i case on mm p and hotel also. As soon as possible

The interior of the hotel were damn amazing. Totally best in thi price range. And far better hotel than any other hitels. Good staff very y clean. U can definitely book room for 1 extra day to star here. Only issue is it is quite far from mall road.

Good food quality, good services and stay cost is also affordable. Keep it up!
