Koibhi mat lena iss hotel ko. bohot problem he. rat me aake room change korneko bole. hotel pane me 1hour loga. phir bole dusra lokeson bhej raha hu ajao. phir 1 hour loge. koi bhi mot jao bhoot banglo he. koibhi. nehi rehera he iss hotel me.

The owner is a bustard completely fraud he has taken my money and doesn't even give me the room to stay and the location provided in the app is totally different from the where he is giving the room and I ask when I ask for the refund he said he will return but he didn't return totally waste don't trust this type of owners really fraud

Firstly denied check-in then after arguing gave a room which was really dirty. bedsheets were full of stains, a lot of mosquitoes were in the room, the room was very dirty. Also, the door lock was broken.

Never, ever book. It is at a very remote place. Every where only cigarette buds. The most nasty place.

Actually i did-not stay at this hotel because the location was wrong and i contact the number and his behavior was baddi was stuck in the myiddle of the night the first visit in kolkata. He forced to cancel my booking. But thanks to the community. They helped me to stay in a near hotel with clean and ow-some staff. Miss dibanjonn and your neighbour.

The name of hotel is not Tirath guest house the board was boot house

Terrible service, electricity frequently going off, no breakfast was provided.

We could not reach before his check in time, staff had no courtesy to give any alternative to accommodate us, our family included my mother, senior citizen had to spent night at airport due to negligent and unhelpful attitude of this person. He rudely asked to refer terms and conditions of his service apartment. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, this place should be delisted immediately from website.

The hotel staffs and owner is very rude, they told us to pay extra money after checkout.

The only bedroom was provided no facilities were available, a ceiling fan was there but of no use, it was very slow. Not happy with the stay.

It was a good stay, good place.

Due to room problem I exchanged my room.

Due to some communication gap I reached there Around 8.30 at evening. The guard who was attending was having alcohol from his body. I asked him the flat no where in gone stay. Without even escorting me to the room he went to chitchat with his friends. The room was pathetic. When I first entered the room there was a throwing up smell all together the room. The bed shit was wrinkled and the pillows were not cleared of from the last head mark. I opened up the window and after a bit that smell was gone. While coming up I asked the guard if outside food allowed to deliver here. He told they are allowed. Suddenly the guard swings when a delivery guy showed up. He even shut off of the lift to make me suffer by using stares from 4th floor to ground floor every time I had some work. When I inquired about the reason of his behaviour he even threatened me to kill at night with his local friend goons and told me how much power he has and how much more misconduct he can do with me. I called the owner, that guy was nice, he clearly told in sorry for what happened with you. At morning when I was getting out from the flat, the guard was still having a Alchohol bottle unfinished beside his bed. I strongly condemn this behaviour of a petty Nightguard, and I suggest NOONE to use this property ever for use.

Please don't book it based on price. Guest house owner might confuse you but please don't waste your hard earned money

Society is below than surrounding area hence after rain sewage gathered in ground floor. Sewage. Water level was 3 feet. Worst guest house. No cleaning. Drinking water problem. No one was there to listen your problems. Smelly mattress. Everything was jot pathetic.

Worst experience, dirt bathroom

I liked my stay very much and will return back here.

Good food available restaurant near hotel.
Room is good and cleanliness is good. Beautiful room.
