The rooms were not tidy. Very shabby rooms. Also the morning staff was rude, just because we were getting ready to checkout & we checked out 10 mins late. Although we checked in at 1:30 pm yesterday. The room was full of mosquitoes, thus in turn disturbed our whole night sleep. The breakfast was complimentary, but we literally had to ask for breakfast, without them reminding. Last but not the least, not worth the price.

quite decent place, no out side noise to distrub your deep sleep💤. bigger room to stay with family and specially they are preparing delicious food. want to visit near future.

They change my allotted guesthouse, terrible experience. Room was messy. No image for worst experience.

Very comfortable and decent property

I was very annoying after entering the property, the property is very unhygienic and in bad condition, there is a bad smell in the room which is very annoying one will not feel good staying.

This property is located near the no. 9 water tank in sector ii salt lake kolkata. Property is somewhat in the interior so you have to walk a distance. I was assigned a very small room with attached bath. Room wasn't tidy and the bedsheets and covers had stains and wasn't washed properly. Sanitation was not up to the mark. Not worth the money i paid. Dinner was also served quite late. Good points: room service was good. Staff were prompt and polite. Food was very good and well prepared. Property location even though somewhat interior, is in a safe residential location. Overall 3/5.

Staff and their services were nice. But the room was not up to the mark, it was very stinky. And also the location was hard to reach. The ambiance of the property was calm. Food was good.

It was my official stay. The location was peaceful but it took some time to locate the property. The rooms were good but I had faced some electricity problems there. Overall I will recommend this property to others.

It was very easy to reach the property. The caretaker was very helpful and caring. The whole property was very neat and clean and the washroom too. The room was good, the bed was comfortable and the interior was average. I felt secure while staying in that property.
