Scope of Further Improvement.
Location of the property is very near to CC-I Mall and is very convenient.Quality of Foodis very good..Howerver Tea Bag supplied in the room is not of good Quality and Brand. Good Quality Darjeeling Tea Bag should be maqde available. Other items like Home Sleeper,Dental Kit,Shaving Kit are only available on demand.It should be made available in every room by default.

While the rooms at the property were quite good in terms of comfort and overall quality, I felt that the experience could have been much better if the staff had been more forthcoming and transparent with the information that a guest generally expects before confirming a booking. Several important details that I personally consider essential—such as clarity on services, the restrictions they have on visitors, facilities, and booking-related guidelines—were either not communicated properly or left unclear, which made the process confusing at times. Although the property itself seemed promising, the lack of clear information and guidance created unnecessary uncertainty and left me wishing the staff had been more proactive in addressing queries upfront. I strongly believe that clearer communication and a more detailed briefing for potential guests would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience.

Excellent stay, Overall good stay
Rooms are clean, ambient is good, food quality is good overall excellent I had a wonderful stay at The Sonnet Kolkata. The service was excellent, and the staff at the front desk truly made the experience memorable. A special mention to Shilpa, Baishali, and Mangal – they were all incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality and professionalism are commendable, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kolkata – great location, clean rooms, and top-notch service!

Good hotel and located in the middle of the city and accessible to important locations . Rooms are good and well maintained. Front desk staffers especially one Ms Guddi was very helpful and friendly.
