The property is very well located along with a wonderful view. Food quality and taste is excellent with a wide range which is reasonably priced. Service and hospitality is just beyond expectations. Additional attraction is Darjeeling cafe house.

The hotel is really good. The best part of the hotel is all the TVs have OTT connection so you can enjoy watching some movies in your free time. The quality of the food is also good. However due to less number of guests they didn't keep breakfast as buffet. They just prepared and served it. However I would recommend this hotel. But this hotel is not near to Mall road.

The hotel is at a very serene location and the kanchenjunga can be viewed from the cafe on the terrace. The disadvantage is that except one or two rooms no view of mountains can be got from any other room. A new hotel has been constructed in front of this hotel and blocked all views. The manager mr. Prakash and staff of the hotel are very well behaved and courteous. The food is good and the room service is prompt. Nice stay for us, but missed viewing kanchenjunga from the comfort of my room.

Deluxe room i stayed, had no outside view. Bathroom shower was not working. Food served in breakfast was very ordinary.

Location of the property is very good near by to mall road cooperative and well behaved staffs. Recommended place to stay

Rooms are very small and tiny, far from mall road. Parking is not available. No good food for vegetarian.

View is closed. Those who were booking they are getting best room. spent lot of money and didn't get the facility to get kanchenjunga facing room. It's mention in the hotel advertisement. From hotel side the informed us, the worse room, no view room they are given to the other's.

Hotel located strategically equal distance from all site seeing points, which helped us to cover it on foot to save time as darjeeling have huge traffic jams. Hotel is very newly renovated with all modern facilities. Breakfast need to improve in terms of taste and no. Of items. Overall staying was good and satisfactory. Would recommend the hotel for stay.

Mm t is a fraud company, harassing people. Dont do any booking at mm t dont know when anyone will be cheated. At the time of booking the hotel mm t showed its a valley view room, when i checked its a drainage and under construction view room. And nobody is refunding my money

I booked a super deluxe room. The room is very small. No proper ventilation in the bathroom. Ac pipe leaking causes a wet floor. No mat in room or outside bathroom. But served quality chinese and indian food. Have a nice and wide rooftop cafe. Provide free wifi. Poor room service.

Stayed in 'the retreat' fir 1 night. The good point about the hotel is it's great location next to raj bhavan. It's close enough to the mall (5-7 minutes walk) but far enough to avoid the crowd and chaos. The rooms were clean and the staff extremely courteous and helpful. The not so good thing was the rooms were a bit too small. There was hardly any space to move around. Another dissapointing part was that there was no view from the window. Rather it looked out to a side street. So we had to keep the curtains drawn at all time for privacy. Overall, it's a pleasant place if you're looking for an accommodation close to the mall for 1 or 2 nights

I reserved a deluxe room. But on arrival they upgraded with a royal deluxe room. The room was so polished and as smooth as silk. It was also kanchanjangha view room. There was also sofa seat beside full wall glass window. Among all hotels of darjeeling its best view room. It was my best experience and enjoyment.

Room given to us has not enough space in comparison to the tariff of the room. The room was booked for two adults and one child. One extra bed was provided after requesting and was given in the 2nd night.
