My stay at The Retreat with my family was excellent. Location of the hotel is good. Rooms are neat and clean. And staff was also well mannered.

I recently stayed and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The air conditioning in my room was barely functional, leaving the space uncomfortably warm and stuffy, even after reporting the issue to the staff. The room also had an unpleasant, musty smell that lingered throughout my stay, making it difficult to relax or feel comfortable. To top it off, the morning breakfast was a huge disappointment. The food was cold, lacked variety, and tasted bland, with limited options for dietary preferences. Overall, the poor AC, unpleasant room odor, and subpar breakfast made this stay highly disappointing. I expected much better and would not recommend this hotel until these issues are addressed.

Rooms were in good condition. But food was not upto the mark. They also didn't had few things mentioned in their menu.

propery was almost under renovation, the staff declined for any request made.. also over charged on the food .. perhaps the tase was good so no complaint about.. the food its just the over priced food.. i also reached out to mmt for some concern and the agent spoke to me never called me back as promised

The room was good but the food quality is worse than average, weather it's the buffet breakfast or in room dining the food is not that great in taste and specially the buffet breakfast. Other than that the staff is very cooperative and always ready to help. So it is a good place for stay but not for food.

Rooms are not well maintained. Rooms were not ready as we reached there midnight. They were smelling gross. Moreover bedsheets were dirty. Washrooms were like public bathrooms. In addition to it, flush was not working.not recommended at all.

The Hotel is in the vicinity of The TAJ MAHAL, however the property has its own set of rules pertaining to the water supply which makes it highly inconvenient for the guests and the same happened with us, While we stayed for 24 hours but we were devoid of water supply in the bathroom and had to go through lot of inconvenience before it was restored and the whole jugulary went for more than 3 hours

The hotel has a store in the ground floor and the shopkeeper abused me and a colleague. They were charging exorbitantly high prices for cheap plastic products/souvenirs of agra. When a non-indian guest tried to speak to us, he started abusing and was trying to attack us. Horrible service. The room was okay, but staff behaviour was very irresponsible. They promised a premium room but gave a normal room. There was no hair dryer or room slippers inside. Even when i asked the staff to bring it, they did not. No information about buffet timings was mentioned.

The staff was very hospitable and the stay was pleasant.

It’s the worst place anyone can go please avoid this place

Average hotel as it is not providing basic services like intercom repaired 3 times/washroom doors not locking properly/not many options in breakfast/tv needs to replaces as lining was coming. Overall very average experience.
