I recently stayed at this property and while the hotel facilities and staff were very good, I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the General Manager. Due to a genuine mistake during my booking, I requested support and resolution. Instead of handling the matter professionally and with empathy, the General Manager behaved rudely and showed no intention of helping.
This was highly unprofessional and left a very negative impression, especially when the rest of the staff was polite and cooperative. A General Manager is expected to resolve guest issues with courtesy, but in my case, no resolution was provided and the attitude was dismissive.
I hope the management looks into this matter seriously, as the property deserves better representation from its leadership.
