Pathetic staff and pathetic management.(avoid in all cases)
Very disappointing stay. Staff and reception were rude, check-in took too long, and despite booking a deluxe room, we were given a twin. The door lock was broken, and help came only after an hour and multiple calls. Definitely not recommended.

Food Quality
The Food was so bad and we didn't took breakfast. Also, there was some another things which we like to mention that if we told the cook that your chicken is not good, they told me okay, sir sorry, sir, but we have paid for that even didn't give the refund also.

Food was amazing , also the quantity was more than enough for one person Now about the location , located in the heart of agra city , sanjay place above cosmos provides enormous oppurtunities The staff was very helpful But the thing i didnt like is they do not escort you to your room for the guest who is coming for the very first time in hotel

Terrible Stay
Ac is not working despite my complaint, no one help on breakfast is also not provided by Hotel pathetic services Terrible hotel stay was uncomfortable due to poor cooling facilities. The room temperature was unbearable. Additionally, breakfast was not provided as promised. We expect better amenities and services for the price paid. Improvement is necessary to meet guest expectations and provide a comfortable stay."

Terrible Stay
The main issue in room is that there is a common gate is between 2 different rooms and voice and music of the other room is disturbing to us in late night.

Average Stay
Very much disappointed with what was marketed and very much different while we experience it. You really can’t see the Taj Mahal even when you book a room with a Taj View. You may have to use a binoculars in case you wish to have a view. Secondly, the windows are fully closed and no proper ventilation and the rooms are tiny.
