bathroom water supply was very poor,it's taken 30 minutes to take one bucket of water so we can't taken bath.

We apologize for the inconvenience. There was a small obstruction of dust stuck inside the tap, which resulted in the low water pressure from the faucet. We resolved this immediately after you brought it to our attention. Had you informed us sooner, the issue could have been fixed instantly. Please note that the reduced pressure only affected the tap; the shower had full water pressure.
Good Stay
Location and property is at good location nearby East gate of Taj Mahal. Property is very clean and spotless. Price was little higher side comparing to nearby hotels. There was no TV

Amazing room with a huge balcony!
The room was actually better than what we saw in the photos! The balcony was amazing and we spent a lot of our time sitting at the balcony only. The washroom was also very nice and clean. Food is a bit costly but it’s okay. Location is perfect and peaceful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone for staying

Near taj mahal. Very clean homestay. The bed and the installations was comfortable. The people was very friendly and kindly. The food was delicious and the deepak's company in the tours was essential for the full experiencie in agra.

No professionalism found.
On very first day itself impression was deplorable. They won't ask you for breakfast or tea even which is complementary. Had to ask for breakfast on the first day only then they started preparing. During night time, after request gave dal chawl that too without room service. Had to do that part on our own. Next day also, no one asked for breakfast or tea. Went outside for breakfast. These people didn't even least bothered to ask. Infact non service of breakfast which was actually was paid in advance was taken for granted but had to pay for dal chawal. Will never recommend for this sort of home stay.

You are just amazing person, you want everything without asking, and without moving. When you came here, you were received by my family and housekeeper, and housekeeper showed you the food options and its timing, after that you ordered breakfast, then it served it in the room, but you have a problem in that too, no one can know at what time you want breakfast, we showed you breakfast and dinner options that means we are willing too give you breakfast but you have to order when do you want. And at night you asked for dinner instantly even it is clearly mentioned in the menu that you have to order in advance because we only cooked fresh on demand, we had dal and rice ready at that time you agreed in dal and rice then it was served to you, and if you wanted more options instantly then many restaurants options are available within 100 meter from here, you should have choose from them. And at that time housekeeper went to his home, room service time is 9 am to 7 pm so you have to take your food by yourself, some times you have to do some own work in homestay. And next morning you expected breakfast at 5 am even our breakfast starts from 8 am and even without telling us at night for 5 am breakfast it. You should follow the house rules and even in hotel no one will give you breakfast at 5 am. During the checkout time i reduce the breakfast price and then you have to pay for the dinner, but according to your review it was wrong to charge for the dinner even i reduced the breakfast price, which is clearly your fault, you can have breakfast any time, but you wanted breakfast at 5 am even without asking. And you spoke rudely to me and my family, which was clearly wrong. I have hosted thousands of guests from all over the world but never seen your kind of guests.

Amazing homestay experience
Cozy room lovely people almost all the amenities available. Bathroom little small but given it is homestay i don't think it should matter. Room was sufficient for 2 with small balcony and park view. You can ask caretakers for utensils, hot water etc. They also provide tours. 5 star stay experience at anukampa

Family is really good and kind. Rooms are maintained so so good everything was perfect about this pg. Most recommended stay at agra, loved it.

It is a homestay, not hotel, you have to order food in advanve, it is not available instantly. Our food is fresh and home made, you did not eat food here but you made conclusion that it is bad. And every service is available here but you have to ask for it, no one can guess what you want, i do not understand without even asking anything you made a conclusion that services are bad. For any service you can call or whatsapp or ask anyone in the family. But without even asking you want everything !
Family friendly
We got everything we asked for. Very welcoming and polite environment. Hope to stay there every time i visit agra in future.
