Wonderful stay with all facilities available.All staff are good , dedicated&disciplined.It is suggested that some facility for car cleaning may be done.It shall be convenient for our stay.

Good Stay
we booked two rooms for two nights. overall it was a pleasant stay but some areas needed improvement. pros 1) Rooms are good 2) service is good but can be better 3) Food quality is good cons 1) Distance from Tajmahal & fort is about 10 km 2) Pool is available but not good 3) Just adjacent to the main highway so lots of noise from vechiles we booked two rooms for two nights. overall it was a pleasant stay but some areas needed improvement. pros 1) Rooms are good 2) service is good but can be better 3) Food quality is good cons 1) Distance from Tajmahal & fort is about 10 km 2) The pool is available but not good 3) Just adjacent to the main highway so lots of noise from vechiles

The hotel and room were clean. The location of the property was away from the crowd of the city. Food and breakfast was amazing. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful

good stuff and clean hotel

Housekeeping and front office staff were hardly bothered about my complaint regarding the flush issue despite of the multiple calls..it was horrible experience.

Brand, which may loose TRUST
I booked executive room, but they provided delux room, telling me that hotel is sold out .. The delux room (419) was informed me as Executive one, which i later discovered from other staff as delux

I don't why there is zero privacy by staff when asked for bathrobes they only gave one & told entire hotel ha s one bathrobe & you need to adjust breakfast so nice but housekeeping was unprofessional, leaked guest privacy & leaked RVR report to there friends we never they were known to us I thought this would me my memorable stay but 0 privacy
