Average Stay
Regarding my stay in the Lemon Tree Hotel in Agra Property's facilities were out of order (such as pool and gym) and not maintained. Food was average and the buffet menu was extremely limited. Both the breakfast and dinner buffet was below average. Location was fine.

The hotel rooms were dirty furniture was outdated Television was not working Breakfast was not fresh and having too less Veriety

good service by the host
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all basic amenities. Average Stay
there is no proper parking facility. the underground parking is not for SUV as one can't take . we had booked two rooms. one room we were alloted opaque view . We asked manager to change but his reply was that we should have mentioned at time of booking . it's like putting request at time of booking for door , bed , light in the room . there was no iron in the room despite mentioned at booking voucher.

Terrible Stay
The service was terrible, my room key was not working and after complaining 2-3 times they didn't do anything and flush was also leaking overall very bad experience just because of the services

Best hotel in agra.
Everything was perfect as expected. Their breakfast and room dining was very very tasty and delicious. Well behaved staff. Room and washroom was very clear . House keeping was also perfect.

Excellent Stay
The food was good and tasty. The location is perfect, especially for people who are traveling with their own vehicle as parking and access are very convenient. The Executive room is big enough for a family, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Average Stay
Pool was not clean.it was filled with so many dead mosquitoes.Althoguh room was quite clean and bathroom as well..kitchen services also did not prove to be good.we ordered one dal and 4 chapati's around 12 AM midnight but it took around 45 minutes in getting it delivered on the room.initially they brought someone else's order at the gate and the moment I denied accepting it,he came back with actual order after a few minute.so their round the clock kitchen claim seems to be loosing somewhere.

we booked two rooms for two nights. overall it was a pleasant stay but some areas needed improvement. pros 1) Rooms are good 2) service is good but can be better 3) Food quality is good cons 1) Distance from Tajmahal & fort is about 10 km 2) Pool is available but not good 3) Just adjacent to the main highway so lots of noise from vechiles we booked two rooms for two nights. overall it was a pleasant stay but some areas needed improvement. pros 1) Rooms are good 2) service is good but can be better 3) Food quality is good cons 1) Distance from Tajmahal & fort is about 10 km 2) The pool is available but not good 3) Just adjacent to the main highway so lots of noise from vechiles
