Horrible stay, would not recommend
We had the worst stay at this property. We had booked 2 rooms, one for my parents and second for us. Don’t think they do any basic checks in the rooms before allocation. The jet spray in the washroom was barely working. We informed the housekeepers about the same and they mentioned “this is how it is”. It was later changed only when I had complained again firmly. The AC panel was stuck/ locked. The electrician came and said temperature would be locked at 24 (the room temp was very hot already) and “that’s how it will be”. When I had to almost shout at the reception staff saying that it’s working perfectly in the other room, we were told it cannot be fixed and we would be shifted to another room. After packing our luggage, 10 minutes later the same electrician comes and fixes it and says room will not be changed so we should unpack here. There was no remote kept with the TV, we had to borrow the remote from our parents’ room. For every complain the initial response was “this is how it is” and when we would tell them it’s working fine in the other room, then they would choose to react. The bedding in our room had multiple holes in the bed sheet. The breakfast was very average in terms of quality and quantity. Upon check-out I had mentioned about these problems, however the staff was least bothered to even apologise about it. Would definitely not stay at any Golden Tulip property going forward and will pass on the same message to Friends and Family.

It was a good experience staying at this property. The entire property was neat and clean and all the staff was very decent and well behaved. The location of the property is also approachable. Room sizes were decent enough. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommended.

Food is average. Rooms are not that spacious. No smart Tv. Other than that the hotel is good. Neat and clean. Service is quick.

Review of Agra visit
location was well connected near to Taj mahal and agra fort. Food was simply superb. Hotel amenities was awesome and services I would say excellent.

We stayed here for three nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the service was excellent. Whenever we requested room service, it was delivered promptly without any delays. Overall, I would happily give this hotel a 5 out of 5 rating.

Had a wonderful experience staying in the hotel, the location is very close to all major tourist attraction and on famous Fatehabad road. Awesome food, nice neat and clean rooms, well managed property.
