I will not make any further bookings
On 12th July, I spoke to MMT customer care representative named Hamid and requested to extend the date of my stay due to emergency. After talking to him, Hamid assured me that he has spoken to the hotel property and sent an email and your date will hopefully be extended. He also said that he will call back within 20 minutes to confirm, but I did not receive a call from him again. karoonga. I never thought that MMT could be such an irresponsible and careless person. I am very disappointed and will not make any further booking through MMT.

At reception when front desk officer get to know I have booked it l, he seems unhappy. I have been facing this kind situation many times.

Worst Experience PL Palace Agra
Hotel charged early check in charges when already mentioned that we can do 3 hours early check in and today at the time of breakfast they asked for payment when it's already included in booking and they don't have any curtsy to apologise for mistake and rude behaviour from reception staff no cooperation in billing also will not going to book P L Palace again and asked colleagues also not to book from our office

Terrible Stay
A pathetic and unhygienic place to stay. Dirty rooms without clean amenities. Even complete curtains are not in rooms resulting in a lot of sunlight.

Management is dull and customer service is delayed. Had to call multiple times for room service and housekeeping. No last call or reminder for breakfast timings. Doesnโt care if the person shows up for the paid breakfast or not

I have been using P L Palace regularly for my business stays. They have a nicely located hotel with good amenities. At certain times certain rooms might be an issue.

The hotel is pathetic no play zone for kids and the so called swimming pool was hardly 3 ft unable to swim for adults and monkeys were just near the pool so kid couldn't use the pool.. If you ask the reception lady anything she doesn't know everytime I will check with superior n let u know.. overall pathetic experience..
