An overall overhaul needed ASAP
The rooms and the hotel itself needs a renovation. - breakfast was sad with very limited items. - The ac was emitting a loud noise and they offered to shift me to another room which I declined as I was tired. - The bathroom has a smell emitting from the drain and I had to keep my window open for ventilation. - Staff were courteous but the hotel is in a shabby state and needs a complete overhaul

Terrible Stay
I have always used MakeMYTrip to book hotels and have enjoyed the hotels the app suggested. But this hotel was terrible. Bad ambience, bad staffs, rooms were not clean. No hot water in the bathroom. Really not satisfied with my stay.

Excellent Stay
It's quite homely, the staff were polite and helpful and the cozy cafe downstairs is a plus point. I had quite a comfortable and safe stay there.

Had a wonderful stay the location was perfect and the hotel staff made us feel at home rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed.

Average Stay
Location is excellent, parking can be a challenge at times rooms are just about ok breakfast options limited and breakfast area housekeeping not upto the mark. Will not recommend this property.

Good stay
The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay.

Terrible Stay. Dirtiest Rooms
Worst stay ever. The rooms are filthy. Staff is non-cooperative. The linen seemed to be atleast 3-4 years old. Washrooms were dirty with drains clogged with hair and muck. Soap. The hotel is, I think one of the most bad hotels that have visited and the rooms were really bad. There was water dripping from the ceilings and from the AC wall. The wallpapers were coming off. There was fungus on the bedsheet on the pillows and this was the story in almost all their other rooms. II went to the other rooms. Also, when I requested for a change of room, they tried to show me other rooms. All their rooms were like this, and it is surprising because this proper is in GK, which is supposed to be one of the most Porsche areas of South Delhi, but that is how it was.

poor infrastructure and Horrible Breakfast
Very poor infrastructure. Seepages in room. TV not functioning. Breakfast was horrible. Mattress quality was bad.
