Terrible Stay. Dirtiest Rooms
Worst stay ever. The rooms are filthy. Staff is non-cooperative. The linen seemed to be atleast 3-4 years old. Washrooms were dirty with drains clogged with hair and muck. Soap. The hotel is, I think one of the most bad hotels that have visited and the rooms were really bad. There was water dripping from the ceilings and from the AC wall. The wallpapers were coming off. There was fungus on the bedsheet on the pillows and this was the story in almost all their other rooms. II went to the other rooms. Also, when I requested for a change of room, they tried to show me other rooms. All their rooms were like this, and it is surprising because this proper is in GK, which is supposed to be one of the most Porsche areas of South Delhi, but that is how it was.

poor infrastructure and Horrible Breakfast
Very poor infrastructure. Seepages in room. TV not functioning. Breakfast was horrible. Mattress quality was bad.

Terrible Stay
A shabby place with mosquitoes in room and toilet. Breakfast was pathetic with improper setup.Had the worst experiences staying here.

DO NOT Call it a 3 Star Property.
Please stop calling this property a 3-star hotel — it is NOT. The hotel badly needs proper maintenance work. This was my second stay here, and I was hoping to see some positive changes this time, but I was very disappointed.

It was an average kind experience at the hotel. Food provided by mr. Hussain was the best. Some of the facilities shown on make my trip was not available. There was no table to eat for 2 people. Inspite of saying it was not arranged on time. I had to ask for the towels and water every time. Staff behaviour was ok.

I have stayed closer to this location before. This time i opted for this hotel since this hotel’s review was far better than which i satay-ed before. I found this hotel highly over rated. No way near a 3star property.
