Decent facility with clean rooms and located in the Ooty town. We booked deluxe rooms but the rooms do not have cupboards because the rooms are small, so we had to make do with stuff stored in our bags. One of the rooms had a small cupboard in the washroom but we were not comfortable to store our stuff or clean clothes there because it was in the washroom. Staff were ok, a little slow at times but generally good. For those travelling with babies, it is important to note that there is no kitchen facility except for when breakfast is served. overall, a decent stay but not having a cupboard is not acceptable and this was not informed beforehand considering this is a basic expectation in any stay. On and it allows for bachelors only booking as well. It is not exclusively family only.

Stayed at Hamming bird a hill station hotel with charming bungalow-style rooms. The mountain view was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were polite and helpful. Only breakfast is served here—no lunch or dinner—but plenty of good restaurants are located nearby, so food was never an issue. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. 🌿🏞️

Extremely small property. Different from what's shown in images. The property has only front view and is surrounded by villas & bungalows on all 3 sides. The kitchen is available only during breakfast. The upkeep can be better. Had to struggle for Wifi as the password printed in the room was incorrect. Not too much of breakfast options however was good. Rooms are very small. I booked a deluxe room and it didn't even have a cloth rack leave alone a wardrobe. The toiletries provided were 2 mini shampoo bottles, 1 small soap & a dental kit. This is not standard for a property charging hefty amount.

Ground-floor room had no mobile network coverage and Wi-Fi signal in the room was very weak, effectively no internet. I reported the connectivity issue for two days straight but nothing was done and only thing i got was excuses. They told me that there is a wifi issue in the area but the wifi was working completely fine near the reception. No hot water was available for the washbasin. Tap water was yellowish throughout my stay. So, Overall the stay did not match the price charged.

We had a pleasant stay here. The property is conveniently located near all the local sightseeing spots, which made exploring the area easy for us. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the breakfast provided was good. I especially liked the colonial-style interiors—they really add to the charm. There isn’t much of a difference between the deluxe and superior rooms. The main drawback is that there’s no in-house restaurant, so we had to order food through Swiggy. The kitchen could be cleaner, and the bed covers and blankets could be improved for cleanliness as well. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few areas for improvement.
