Unpleasant, I checked in on 2nd and checkout on 3rd Nov 2025, I booked for a premier room with Balcony, what I was provided was a room on the 1st floor , with a passage in front of the room, I don't know how it qualifies as a balcony, when I rechecked is this room with balcony the staff said yes.
Secondly after some time I asked how to turn on the geyser, the staff was clueless , where the geyser is located and how to turn it on. After some time the staff came and said the geyser has problem and offered to change room, I was now given a room on the ground floor, back side so no premium room with Balcony during the trip.
This new room that I was given was dirty, the coffee cup edges are chipped off, the water kettle inside was dirty and not working. I had to get it changed after some time. The bed sheet has stains, the pillow was dirty the towel looked like never washed, no toilet paper in bathroom, I. fact the toilet paper holder was broken. The worst part the toilet flush only the short flush which discharges less water that side was working and the big flush which discharges 6 ltr water was not working.
I am surprised how come no other guest has complained about it, or maybe they have and the staff does not care.
The tea coffee tray did not had a spoon even.
The location is odd, and from the mainroad, you have a climb a steep 200 mtrs approx to reach.
Not worth any rating and please take it off from your platform.

Dear Dibyojyoti Bhowmik,
We are truly sorry to read about your recent experience with us. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you faced during your stay from 2nd to 3rd November.
We always strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and pleasant experience, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion. The room allocation and maintenance concerns you mentioned have been taken very seriously. We have already addressed the geyser issue and inspected the room you were shifted to, ensuring that all equipment and linen are now in proper condition.
Regarding the balcony, some of our first-floor rooms have semi-open sit-out areas overlooking the passage, which are categorized under the “Premier Balcony” type. However, we understand your disappointment and will be reviewing the room description and categorization to make it clearer for future guests.
We have also reinforced staff training to ensure they are better equipped to handle technical queries promptly and efficiently.
While we regret that this stay did not meet your expectations, we truly value your feedback—it helps us improve.
Warm regards,
Management Team
