Staff behaviour is not good i stay for 2 days floor is watery but no one came to clean it no bed sheet change for 2 days no water not anything why u paid so much for this

Ambience: The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and come with large balconies to enjoy the fresh sea breeze. Clean towels and complete toiletries were thoughtfully provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. Swimming Pools: The resort features a clean and attractive swimming pool area, complete with a separate kid’s pool and poolside bar service. Drink prices were reasonable, and the overall atmosphere around the pool was lively yet decent, with music enhancing the mood. Staff Behaviour: The hospitality was commendable. From the entrance gate to the restaurant, staff members were consistently polite and helpful. Special mention to Mr. Rakesh for his courteous service during dinner—he truly made the dining experience delightful. Food: The on-site restaurant was impressive, especially for vegetarians. The dinner was tasty, and the breakfast buffet offered a decent spread to start the day right. Pricing & Room Availability: Room rates tend to be higher during weekends, but given the quality and experience, the pricing is quite justified. Weekday stays offer better value. Overall Experience: A very pleasant and satisfying stay overall. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing coastal escape with great amenities and courteous service.

The room which was provided in ground floor f108 was wet all day long seems like the floor was emitting water . Plus the lock was terrible everytime we had to call the reception to ask for help and lock or open the room . Plus they’ve added certain rules by the pool which could have been explained politely but one of the bar staff behaviour was terrible and arrogant. As if he is going to pay for our stay . No room service came for cleaning even after telling them to come in the evening. And most importantly the crowd out there is disgustingly bad these days . The pool and its area is over crowded with drunk men fighting amongst each other . I would request hotel authorities to stop taking such people otherwise you will end up loosing family guests from future cause it was just not me but other women also who said they will never go back to that property.

It was excellent stay!! We spent only one night although but my family and I enjoyed a lot. Ambience was too good and pool was also clean. And most important was beach was just beside of resort

The stay was exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. It's a true relaxation spot and I will surely recommend it and will visit again.

Food was overpriced. They are charging 42 rs for 1 litre kinley bottle. Not acceptable. Overall stay was good but charges were unexpected
