Excellent location, delicious food, great amenities, and outstanding service, Everything is absolutely fine and satisfactory.

Location- starting point of Mandermoni, proper madermoni 5-6 km far from this hotel. Food - food is ok, but not much vareity available, slight bit costly. Beach - starts after resort boundary, Hotel - need to improve maintenance ( specially swimng pool) service- need to be fast to surve food stuffs- polite & helpfully overall - good property to stay.

Staff behavior was very good and coporatives. I got help regarding room change because due to natural calamity(heavy rain) water level increase. Even few part of resort was flooded. But they have upgrade our room and help to stay our accomodation. We are decided to cut down our schedule. But they help us. Thanks to them.

The property was beautiful from outside but inside the washroom were old, needed replacement. Further oftem there was very loud music till night, so if you have small kids it will be difficult. Service was a bit slow. Food was overpriced in breakfast only puri sabzi bread and poha was there. There was no juices or more options should have been given for breakfast

Food was good but stay and their manager attitude was not upto the mark. They alloted us the cottage which was not ready and then they alloted another cottage in which ac was not functional and also tv was not functional.so bad experience overall.

We got to stay in probably the cottage with the best view of the sea and sitting in the spacious balcony with a cup of tea in hand, watching the waves roll in and out without a break as the day slipped into the night, was marvellous! The rooms are large enough, adequately furnished and the bathroom fittings work. Don't expect too much about the maintenance standards though - when we first entered the room, supposedly prepared for the incoming customer, the first thing we saw was a large dead cockroach in the room! Someone had forgotten to sweep the floor.…. The food served at lunch was among the worst I have ever had. Mutton curry @ ₹ 300 comprised 5 medium sizes pieces, 3 of which I couldn't sink my teeth into, one was chewable but impossible to swallow. My wife opted for prawn masala which was served without the mandatory cleaning of the prawn head - she had to do it on her plate before daring to eat it. Other meals were okay but this lunch left a very, very bitter taste in the mouth.

I had booked a premium room which is on the second floor. The hotel doesn’t have lift so going up & down for elders a big challenge. Smelly rooms with stained beds and towels. Bathroom condition is like public toilet (stains everywhere, lock not working) even the window was broken (major privacy issue). No phones in rooms for intercom calling. They don’t even give dental kit. Balcony super dirty. Hotel workers stay in some of the other rooms on the second floor which i have never ever seen anywhere !! . There are lots of other options. Pros: big parking, huge lawn space and they allow pets. Swimming pool though decent size but i could not gather the courage to step in wondering how clean the water would be, so can’t comment. Food: Below average. Activity room: if you’re willing to play carom be prepared to pick up the coins from floor each and every time you pocket one !. Location: the property is located on the beach. I will NOT recommend staying here with family.

Booked this resort for two days. Where I had to call housekeeping staffs multiple times for drinking water bottles which were complimentary. Bathroom kit was not provided completely such as toothpaste, and toothbrushes were missing.

very Bad experience for me .. because no Wall TV here. all standard room' provide Tv this hotel not provide.. And mostly i want to say that Food is just unexpected.. just we are pay the food not eating. very Bad experience in my first time .. very bad
