We travelled with our family.Our experience was good . The food was great. There is swimming pool too which you can enjoy in night. ea is just in hotels corner. There is a Good View to watch the sea from top .We had initial problem while finding the hotel because lots of hotels are in the same place but the manager provided right direction and helped us.Our Travel Budget was not high so The experience is worth of spending.

Hotel service is very very slow. The bathroom condition is very poor. Not clean properly. Room cleaning staff not to clean the bathroom. The room fan sounds continuously. Bed sheet does not change as the booking is for 2 days.

The hotel is fairly new. Everything looked new and clean, which is what we liked. However, a few things can be better. For example, when we needed milk powder sachet in the morning, it came pretty late. The location was good as in it had direct beach access. I hope they are still planning to construct the beach front area and make it look better.

Sir, this is very disappointment to know the fact that you missed or overlook the chance to sit in our open SEA FACING Deck area which is one of the best sea facing inhouse covered area in Mandarmani. Anyways we promise you that during your next visit I personally escort you to Sea Facing sitting area in our Resort. Regarding parking issues we are working on it .Till now we have 10-12 car parking capacity and it will increase to 15-20 cars at a time. Yes this area is open and roof is not covered as usual. Spiders were there in room.. room was not clean.. had to call room service.. the manager was polite initially but at the time of check out he misbehaved with me.. they don’t know the word called “emergency “. Interrupted water supply.. regular power cut.. in one word horrible experience

On the other hand We request you to update us then and there if any "Emergency or Urgency "comes during your stay or during check out. Generally none of the hotel allows to stay in a room for 2 hours or so without informing reception or Manager even after check out process . As per our investigation we found that you finally left the room by 13:40 and settled the bill by noon. Our normal Check out time is 10 am. Regarding electricity issues the entire area connection was shut down due to transformer failure but we all ran the DG Set continuously more then 8 hrs then we took a break for few minutes . Still we are sorry if you felt bad from our words or behavior. We Look forward to provide you with improved hospitality again in the near future. It was a pleasant getaway at the resort. Management is top notch. Rooms are cozy, food is delicious but a bit expensive, and pool is well maintained and access to beach is great.

I was visit the property with my family friend the washroom condition was very poor overflowing water even coming into room no room clean up service rate is too high than their service
