I asked staff of reception to arrange table cuz we wanted to celebrate birthday ,staff were very reluctant and unbothered and wr waited several hours despite so many staffs and they could give us a tbale outside. Rooms were not that clean , but foods we ate are tasty.

I recently stayed at this resort. The swimming pool was truly the highlight of my stay - it was quite big and the hot water was a game-changer. Hi, Location was excellent and Hotel room was also good, but food quality was disappointing. We stayed 3 nights there and all 3 days same breakfast, and food quality was not upto the mark. Over all experience was good. Best part was swimming pool was big enough

Property location is good. However food is too spicy. It'll be better if they work on it and introduce a Thali arrangement for a proper lunch/dinner. Too many houseflies in the restaurant area which is a bit annoying. Also the room and balcony could have been cleaner. Otherwise it was fine.

Royal Gitanjali Resort & Spa is a relatively good hotel. It is close to the beach, so walking to Mandarmoni Saikat would take about 7-8 minutes. The pool is huge, but right at the entrance, so it doesn't feel very private. We had booked two rooms, one room had an issue with the AC blasting off even at 27°, the other room felt a bit including an unclean toilet and towels. We tried a variety of dishes at the restaurant, and their quantity, taste & service was great.

The hotel room was quite spacious with little sea view from veranda. The usp of this property is the huge clean swimming pool and kids play area. The access of the sea beach is 2 min walking.
