Royal Gitanjali Resort and SPA

The stay at royal gitanjali resort was a mixed bag. The resort's infrastructure is truly impressive, its food services has lots of downsides. Once you stepped into the resort, the building and huge pool will catch your sight. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all the modern amenities one would expect from a resort of this caliber. But unfortunately in one room telephone was not working, in another guys-er was down faulty. The staffs supported with hot water service. The real letdown was the food. Despite having high hopes, i was disappointed by the taste and quality of the dishes served in breakfast and lunch-dinner. *pros* - impressive infrastructure - beautiful l pool side - spacious and well-appointed rooms *cons* - food quality and taste not up to the mark

Improvement is required for customer service at all levels. Room infrastructure requires servicing. Restaurant needs to be cleared of flies. Cleanliness needs to be improved. There is lack of prompt service. Only the pool is well maintained and managed. Parking facility is good. A larger and deeper swimming pool will be appreciated. Since they are still expanding the room capacity as the construction is on, they would be requiring a bigger pool and more parking space. The employees are friendly and cooperative. They can surely do better with an improved management. Good luck.

In few words the stay was awesome. The satisfaction was extremely high. The Royal Gitanjali Resort and SPA attenders were extremely cooperative. I didn't face any problem. The rooms were extremely clean and were hygienic too. It sought that cleanliness was the ultimate aim for them. It's hard to find such a nice Royal Gitanjali Resort and SPA. Hotel was good and stay was also comfortable. All staff including manager was good. I recommend this Royal Gitanjali Resort and SPA. The most important thing was that this Royal Gitanjali Resort and SPA is very near to chaulkhola bus stand and reached within 20- 25 minutes by car or auto. And it is on road so communication was also good

Overall experience was good, they were very well behaved and service was also good. Perfect for family stay. The resort area, pool, ambience was awesome and we'll maintained. Only drawback is food was bit high price comparison to test, also much food options were not available. Overall it was a good staycation,

Awesome stay. Ambience was good and the pool for kids is just super. From the main road from kolkata to mandarmani it’s near by as well no hurdle to find the same. Ajay from catering service was very good. Groundfloor pool facing room is very good to be.

Management is really nice, whatever the requirement, served within time followed with proper cleanliness, but in this high price of the room, no mini refrigerator is there. Management is well mannered too.

The property is beautiful, has the potential to be one of the best. My room was spacious and clean with a great balcony and a beautiful pool view. The resort staff with very polite behaviour.

Nice atmosphere, nice food some of the things are missing. We didn't get the tea maker. Foods are little costly. But all over everything is very nice. Friendly atmosphere, big swimming pool. Great fun for kids.
