overall good experience. Resort is just beside ses. Price of food is also reasonable. Housekeeping need to be improved a little bit. Behavior of staff is very good, especially Mr. Naba.

Calm and cosy stay with full of amenities and services. The hospitality of all staff and wonderful and sumptuous dishes were awesome !

Though hotel is location wise good however behaviour of staff was not good. To be very specific restaurant staff Deep Bhowmick was really rude and has lack of manners.

It was nice resort and specially the staff Who was extremly polite and professional especially Deep and Nabo they both were very nice. 🌼

It was an average stay, food was good but there needs to be more varieties. Servicing was slow, it could be improved. It’s written that parties are allowed but no arrangement was there from resort’s end to arrange anything for the celebration which was a upsetting part.

it's always a great experience with BBR. Everything is picture perfect. I will again stay with BBR.

The resort location is wonderful being on the beach itself. This is main attraction of the resort. Food is also good. Staff is courteous. But, there is 2 separate part of the resort. Phase 1 is beach side & Phase 2 not on beach, connected by a small road. Elite, Executive rooms are in Phase 1. Bunglows are in Phase 2. Swimming pool & kids play area are good. Some cons- 1) Breakfast buffet is same everyday. 2) In room 202, Bathroom basin was leaking & Geyser not working. 3) For MMT customers, the resort can give better rooms as it is pre-booked. But, Good rooms are given to direct paying customers.

Extremely disappointing experience. The property is undergoing major renovations, yet they continue to take bookings for all affected blocks. Our room was right next to ongoing construction, and despite complaining multiple times throughout the day about the constant noise and disturbance, nothing was done. The food quality was also poor – the fish served had a foul smell, same with paneer during dinner. Overall, not worth the price, especially when there are better and cheaper hotels on the same road. I will not be visiting again and do not recommend this place.

Rooms are not well maintained location wise its a good property but i terms of food its a disaster fish items what they mentioned they will not provide you also food preparations are very pathetic normal chicken and egg curry also ruined it never seen such kind of food preparations normal daal and rice are not good ….i wont recommend anyone to have food in this property

Property's location is excellent. Rooms are also very spacious, neat and clean with personal balcony. We stayed at premium bunglow which has a bathtub also. The behaviour of the staff was also very heart warming. Food is really tasty and price is reasonable. Swimming pool is well maintained and also has seperate kids' area in swimming pool.

I stay there for 2 days. I must say that each and everyone is excilent on their work and which ever they are doing. I stay on Royal Premium Cottage on Phas 2, the room is too notch, everything is so clean and sanitizes. The boys are always take care of you in every point. I must recommend this resort if you are planning to visit Mandarmoni. You will get the access of sea bea very much close compare to other resorts.
