Excellent Stay
It was a good experience. The room was little small, but good. The Bengali food was great. It was clean and well maintained.

The hotel is not giving us a tax invoice, which is making it difficult for us to claim.hotel is clean and well maintained,staff behaviour ok.

Poor Stay
The hospitality of the staff is very poor. They only treat and greet if the booking is made directly from them. The welcome drink was not served. Took a lot of time to even provide glasses. The room was ok but the property was nice however did not like the partial behaviour and way too high charges on room service if the food is ordered directly to the room.

Terrible Stay
This property has no in room dining system. They have a restaurant also but not open all tyme. You have to go to restaurant for lunch or dinner. Not comfortable stay. We are checked out immediately after seeing the true of the hotel. They charged for pet 1000/- extra. Wich is not written enyware... Overall very bad experience. Thank you

Poor Stay
Next day, i got the call from makemytrip support around 11AM saying hope your iaaue is resolved. While so much discussion and threatening to put everything in social media and consumer court, makemytrip coordinate with hotel and shifted me to cottage next day. This is my overall experience in this hotel and makemytrip. I will think twice before doing any such booking with Makemytrip. I kept my daughter health into stake in that cold room.
