Great experience at the resort, the view and service by Rajeev was great. They can improve food quality and clean sitting areas near the private beach.

Horrible stay at Star Inn Mandarmoni...Stained bedsheet and pillow cover, cockroach in room, dirty pool..They close their main entrance at 11 pm and never bother to tell you that, I was stuck outside as i went to bring water for my baby...Staff behaviour rude..Only plus point is the location...

though the location was good but staying was not economical, may be due to festive season. Staying was on heavy expenses. For Rs. 5000 staying experience was not good, primarly because Hotel lacked basic room facility including toilateries.

Rooms are pathetic, ac not working properly, no tv, bathroom flush not working, door locks broken, food area is in pathetic condition, lack of management and coordination

Room was very poor condition and small. No extra bed given, rather given an extra mattress placed in floor. No daily housekeeping. I've spent 2 days with same bedsheets, same bath soap in bathroom and a towel for 3 persons. Room costs is high, but there is no facilities. Food service time is more than hour then they promised. Food cost is 3 times for a average plate .

I had a great experience in this resort. The staff behavior was excellent—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food was truly up to the mark, offering a good variety and great taste at a reasonable price. The location of the property is very good. The property has a properly maintained swimming pool . I stayed in a Garden view cottage, which made the experience even more special. Highly recommended for your leisure trip.

Just an amazing resort with a beach front private sitting area. The room is large with a balcony. The cottages are very close to the beach. The food is tasty & service is good. Must try seafood dishes . Overall it's a pocket friendly beach Resort, and the price is much cheaper than other similar Resorts,compared to location & amenities, specially if you come on weekdays. Never digest worst in world. The new people take over hotel complete mismanagement by the hotel . Unprofessional behavior by manager .

The hotel is dirty . Very bad behavior. Not eligible to maintain MMT customers. Very poor service. Hotel is misbehaving customer.

I stayed in Starr inn resort for 2 nights . My stay was very smooth but the quality of service and amenities provided by the hotel was below the average. Food was also average . Pool was fun but the service provided by the staff could improve

Service are pathetic. Foods are very bad. Swming pool water are very bad. As per online image and details of this resorts are not matching with real image of this property.

location, surroundings are not bad , staffs are well behaved but the main problem is... the property is running with less number of staffs, ...so it is difficult for the existing staff to serve the guests , though the staffs are trying their best, ... authority must appointment more staff as they have adequate guests regularly

Location is good , But rooms and basic facilities are not upto the mark considering the tariff . Cleanliness and facilities need improvement .

As per image different room allotted, poor service, water problem(no water in room) and after asking no solution provided by manager or staff. Behavior of staff is quite satisfactory.

I have recently Booked this hotel for 3 Adult +1 Child Stay with Complimentary breakfast. When Reached to property i found Lots of mismanagement. Room is alloted where 3 adult can not adusted AC is leaking. Toilet Fluser is damaged TV is just Show piece.After objection room is changed but Again AC was there but no remote is available. TV is also not there. Some how they are managing. No Room Service. No option in Breakfast. Food order is taking almost 1-2 Hours to delivery. Pool Water is not clean. No Communication arrangement from room to Reception, Kitchen or housekeeping. Everytime you have to request for all the things by aproaching to reception. Hotel is full of Depression and You will feel anxiety. I felt like cheated with such a high cost for 2 Days stay. Tea is Available in Specific time. Completely Poor Management. Not Recommended to Stay. Buffet Pots is Arranged in Kitchen cum restaurant area is just for Show.
