good servies & food but room quality very poor very bad experience swimming pool time is very short.

The property was very ill-maintained and understaffed. The location is really great, just besides the sea, but there is utter lack of maintenance and hygiene. The hotel is understaffed, so though the staffs are working hard, but it was not enough given the number of guests were there over the weekend

Star inn needs to wash the pool water on regular basis because the pool water was filthy... room, service good..

Great location & seaview . Private Beach. Large clean swimming pool. Excellent seafood. Will visit again.

The hotel is located in sea shore. No need to cross any road to access the sea. Pool is well maintained. Staff is well mannered and accesaable all the time. Food is excellent. Parking space is ample. Peacefull stay.

Bad management no transparency uncomfortable room broken toilets

Room was given 1 hour after check in time due to mismanagement by hotel. call and informed MMT but no help received

Star Inn Resort needs better cleanliness and maintenance. Understood being a property the overall maintenance is neglected. The location is good and near the Main Market. But in spite of being situated in a prime location the current management is not able to take the advantages of that. The property needs a-good facelift. Dogs and cows are being observed in side the resort and seen one dog is directly taking leftover foods from the plates kept in verandah. Swimming pool timing is 10 am to 6 pm which is quite odd at Mandarmani. Grasses in lawns are not maintained and its quite big and water is stagnant everywhere. Only the location wise its good and staffs are good.

.I have booked two beach front villa but they provide me one beach front villa and another garden villa cottage..Because ac of the villa was not working..Another room ac was sound like train engine.ultimately I had to stop the ac.Bith room was dirty and broken tape.Floor tiles are broken..

It’s the worst situation where Ac not working,Room is hilarious..

The hotel is too good and really food quality is magnificent and taste is just awesome 😌...Stauff behaviour is really nice 👍 In this price I am too much satisfied. definitely you can come and enjoy 😉

Great experience at the resort, the view and service by Rajeev was great. They can improve food quality and clean sitting areas near the private beach.

Horrible stay at Star Inn Mandarmoni...Stained bedsheet and pillow cover, cockroach in room, dirty pool..They close their main entrance at 11 pm and never bother to tell you that, I was stuck outside as i went to bring water for my baby...Staff behaviour rude..Only plus point is the location...

though the location was good but staying was not economical, may be due to festive season. Staying was on heavy expenses. For Rs. 5000 staying experience was not good, primarly because Hotel lacked basic room facility including toilateries.

Rooms are pathetic, ac not working properly, no tv, bathroom flush not working, door locks broken, food area is in pathetic condition, lack of management and coordination

Room was very poor condition and small. No extra bed given, rather given an extra mattress placed in floor. No daily housekeeping. I've spent 2 days with same bedsheets, same bath soap in bathroom and a towel for 3 persons. Room costs is high, but there is no facilities. Food service time is more than hour then they promised. Food cost is 3 times for a average plate .

I had a great experience in this resort. The staff behavior was excellent—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food was truly up to the mark, offering a good variety and great taste at a reasonable price. The location of the property is very good. The property has a properly maintained swimming pool . I stayed in a Garden view cottage, which made the experience even more special. Highly recommended for your leisure trip.

Just an amazing resort with a beach front private sitting area. The room is large with a balcony. The cottages are very close to the beach. The food is tasty & service is good. Must try seafood dishes . Overall it's a pocket friendly beach Resort, and the price is much cheaper than other similar Resorts,compared to location & amenities, specially if you come on weekdays.
