Massara Beach Resort

Rooms were good. But plenty of mosquitos. After yash cyclone they were suffer to stand back. Hospitality were excellent every time they were asking if we need something or not. Beach is too near when tide came sea was just next to our hotel boundaries. Launge of this property was excellent. If any one wants to take a break from busy schedule they can stay here.

Waste of money, bathroom fee-ting not working properly, room is not clean, no arrangement of fooding, cook is not available, very poor quality hotel, for two days is a total waste of money,

Both the room and bathroom lack cleanliness. Ac and plug points are not working. One of our rooms got locked automatically. Food quality was good.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is it's usp for those who want a quiet distant stay. The views from the room are great. The manager was very courteous. But the staffs could be better equipped. Overall would love to visit again. And recommend everyone to experience the same solitude

I booked this hotel but due to illness of my child i could not go, but neither this hotel nor makemytrip refund a single amount. I lost 13500 for pptwo days booking for this hotel. Very bad.

Ac is not working poperly. Fan is not working poperly. Have no drinking water. Have no popper road to check in the hotel.

Rooms were fine but many basic things were missing. The food was average but the overall atmosphere was calm & clean.

Rooms were nice and clean but service was poor. Phone was dead. No number to contact reception and restuarant. Provided single blanket in king size bed, didn't change it after requesting several number of time.

Do not go to the hotel its worst they dn hv any facilities food is over priced nd stay is yukkkk they dnt even hv tv in thé premium category room infact each and one water bottle is chargeable

The pic which is showing is not the same. Third class staff behavior room is not good. My check in time was 12 pm, i reached at 2 pm and the room was not ready. Hotel is so dirty i s hanged the hotel. My request you to kindly visit the hotel before you advertising them. Or you will lose your credibility

Superb service and staff and the ac was absolutely cool and chilled. Plus it's very near to the shore with almost an private beach.

The main plus point of the beach is, it is just 30m approx from the beach. U can just walk out of your room straight into the beach.

Very bad cleanness, food quality very bad & too costly. Hotel management is too bad. Service is nothing.

The rooms are good but the price is very high. There are much better resorts for that price. The price of food is much higher than all other resorts. If i rate out of 10 only 4.

Location of the hotel is too good but it need some renovation and need to be a little more neat and clean

Nice ambiance, nice place, but food is over price.

1)check in time was 2pm, i reached one hour before check in time with my family. It was informed from reception that to get the room before check in i have to pay rs. 700- extra. Ultimately it was finalised by paying rs. 500- cash without any receipt. 2) the room was booked for two days including breakfast. But unfortunately, there was no complementary mineral water bottle at all. There was no aqua guard service and only one litre mineral with high rate. 3) they were very reluctant to change bed sheet in the second day. After several follow up they changed the bedsheet but did not change the towels and not provide bath elements like soap, shampoo in the second day. 4) very bad experience, would not recommend other to select this one.

Stay was decent. Food was tasty. Rooms could have been cleaner.
