Rooms are decent. The issue is with the cleanliness of the peripheral. They are not cleaning the pool side, the backyard which is the only way to go to the beach.

Rooms were very bad, ac remains off for 4 hrs a day, pool water doesn't change for long. The rooms which costs around 4000 a day doesn't worth.

We had very poor experience at shank-ha bela. 1. The corridors, stairs and overall surroundings are not clear at all. 2. They said that their dining place is normally closed after covid situation, but to help us they are opening it. But even after that, dusty seats and flies in dining is not acceptable. 3. Ac in our room was not working at all. In the summer noon the room was like a furnace. When we complained they changed the room for us and told that it is an upgraded room. In the 'upgraded' room you would not find anything special, rather find the bathroom tap is broken, you need to manage that somehow. 4. Looks like the hotel is long unmaintained in every aspect. 5. We took breakfasts from the hotel. I do not know how to make that untearable toasts!

groupHad to comply with the poor condition of the hotel because have already paid in advance. Pool was very dirty and no one bothered to clean even after complain. There was no exhaust fan in toilets. Did not follow there timings of meal serving and we had to adjust to there self-made timings. We asked for tea and snacks at 8 and they refused at first and then we told them that it was from 6 to 8:30 then only they arranged for tea and snacks. Always hurried to take the order for the next meal not giving us enough time to select from the menu. Food quality was good. I will never go to this place or recommend anybody else of this hotel.
