great stay with so much fun and enjoyment

it is a new property in Mandarmoni. it has acquired Samudra bilas resort and extended its property area in acres. the resort has one water park pool, one general pool and one beach side pool with separate restaurant, large garden play area for kids, toy train, pond with paddle boat, back side beach. there is direct connectivity to beach. Rooms are spacious with neat n clean washroom. sea view rooms has no sea view. great place for enjoying with kids and family or friends. breakfast should have more items in the list. food cost is justified with satisfactory taste. few issues were there regarding service, intercom connectivity but manager assured it will resolved once all staff get hired in couple of months. staff were courteous, coperative and responsive I have selected this resort after so much research work and concluded that k sea view resort is second best resort(after prime beach resort, perhaps I don't know) with great water park activities, kids play area, pond with boating, ample space to relax n chill and no bothering. any one thinking of going mandarmoni can blindly go for this resort.

Terrible Stay

Very Bad experience I ever seen ,I have booked a premium and club room but they have given Delux room actually I have paid more where as they have given a lower price room. Room Bathroom door was not working western Toilet sit was broken even after complain they didn't care. They didn't provide basic eminities and room service is worst. I would like to refund my money back.

Excellent Stay

It's really a good place to stay... this property has a children's playground, swimming pool with activity,Bar , Gym , Spa and just next to the sea beach..and must have to say that employee behaviour and food are excellent....definitely recommend..
