Worst service ever
We went to hotel, they said you have to wait for 30 min, even when our check in time was 12 and we went around 4 pm. And room was in the worst position, at the time of booking the they are showing was totally different from the room they are providing. Staff behaviour was very very bad.

Non ac room on this price
It was showing ac room, but the hotel owner allocated non ac room saying the price paid is very low not matching with ac standards.

Very bad experience
Initially they not allow me to stay in hotel. They ask extra money. After 1 hour wait. Customer care solved the problem then they allow me to stay. No food arrangement within the hotel. They fill the water bottle directly from the water tap. They don't have power backup. On upper floor boys hostel situated. I am not happy. Outside from the main city.

Filthy hotel
Cleanlyness is poor, bedsheets are not cleaned, very poor service

Overall average
Room is too small and also bathroom is very small. Other than that AC, TV, Geyser and all amenities are well.

The location of hotel is very nice, very near to main road, staff behavior was very nice, over all everything was good I really satisfy.

Good Stay
There was power cut. They did not have back up due to recent cyclone. Everything else was fine.

Very bad hotel. Not for family
No food. Upstair is allotted to boys hostel. No lift facility, no food. Basic amenities are missing.

Terrible
This is not at all OYO standard too. No bath room kit, no hot water even no water too in morning. Room is not cleaned for one month. Cockroach and insects are there in bed. The bed sheet of the room is also not cleaned. Smell of room is like bad. No one is there to respond. I need to check-out early morning at 6 o'clock but at reception, no one is there to complete check-out process. I was calling on the hotel number. No response from any one.
