Good room with best price in main ooty town at long weekend. All good highly recommend for families.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The food served was delicious and satisfying. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a clean toilet that added to the overall comfort. The pricing was reasonable, offering great value for money. The service was friendly and efficient, and the availability of car parking was a big plus. Staying here felt almost like having a mini flat of my own ,cozy and convenient. I’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.

The room is very small and has cockroach infestation. Website shows that the rooms are Air conditioned but there is no AC or even fan in the room. Staff is polite and food is decent but the shower/washroom locks don’t function properly. Also, there is no difference between classic and deluxe rooms so don’t overpay for deluxe as you’ll get the same room for classic amount.

Un clean and dirty room area. there is no light, water, AC... Even window door was broken and such very bad experience with this hotel. infra wise zero. I was surprised how this type of hotels got listed

The rooms were unhygienic. Not cleaned properly. Light and tv was not working on one room. The room had window lock broken. We stayed for two days. They don't even bother to clean the room or change the bedsheet. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

The beds were very comfortable, and the cleanliness maintained by the housekeeping staff was outstanding.

I ordered coffee in room and it took 1:30 hr. Geyser was not working when i complained about it, it took long time to repair it. Tv remote and telephone was not working so after complain they changed it. Breakfast buffet and dinner taste was good. Room was also good. But not satisfied with room service.

Loved the rooms. Also the location was great, it is right at the center of ooty. The market is right outside the hotel, so you can explore hassle-free and so many options to choose from for restaurant. It's just their room service that wasn't at par with my expectations, needs improvement! just go for it, especially if you get a discount. Everything else was great.
