The person in the reception He first asked me to pay extra as gst then I told him it's already included in my payment then another guy came and told me the room is non ac and they need more money if I want to stay in the ac room. also he stated that the book my show team asked him to spread lies like give all amenities in the app which is not provided in the hotel mainly ac which they told so.. comming to the room...which I paid extra for the ac, the room was leaking water was falling from ceiling to floor and the bathroom was 0 star level.
