The stay in the hotel was terrible and staff didn't cooperate. The interior and amenities were of sub standard quality.

he was asking extra money on the name of taxes and saying that I'll not allow you here , call to customer care. and shift somewhere. After lot of discussion he allowed., but room was small and receptionist behaviour was not. good

When i entered into hotel reception. He was telling me that how you booked this hotel and i'll not allow you and charging extra amount on the name of taxes. This hotel is expensive. And what i was paying for that hotel i was not getting same amount of good service, washroom, bedroom etc.

After bookibg we had to wait for 15 min for the room allotment the the condition of the room was pathetic and terreble. Service was poor. Nothing to appreciate it was the worst experience.
