Review Of Super Hotel O Dream Marion

I liked the room but rooms were not cleaned even after informing them. And the charges were just more than just double. We booked the hotel @622 but they charged us 1400 saying that we had booked the the non ac room. Kindly look into the matter. How about this things when someone needs very urgent. Should he/she move on some other hotels

The reception told me we don't want 24 hrs customer, this hotel is only for 2 hrs customer, my experience is very terrible. I booked 2 ac rooms for 4 persons but he provide us only room for 4 persons. I contact to customer care 3 to 4 times, then receptionist agree for providing 2 ac rooms but he didn't provide. Hopeless hotel. They didn't provide soap, towel nothing i suggest to mm t to blacklist this hotel

The location is not good it is far away from the main road

I had paid 1063 while booking hotel from your app however they asked me to pay extra 1663 ruppes and refuses to provide me room without paying as at that moment i had no other choice i had to pay them extra 1663 rupees. If they were charging that much they should have shown that amount in the app. Hello

Low quality service with hidden charges after conformation booking

The stay was very pathetic and the maintenance of property is very poor. Changing of bedsheets was not made. Floor cleaning was very poor, not properly cleaned, oily type feel was there, dustbin was not cleared of previous stay. Out side area of the room and balcony was very dirty
