Stay was good . Neatly clean up ambiences were nice and surrouning was excellent

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The room was dusty and clearly not cleaned before my arrival. The pillows and blankets had visible stains, which was extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable. The bedsheets looked old and unwashed. The bathroom was even worse — dirty, smelly, and clearly not maintained properly. It gave a very unpleasant feeling the moment I entered. Basic cleanliness and hygiene are the minimum expectations for any hotel, and this place completely failed to meet them. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked the hotel days before my arrival but on the day of check in which is supposed to be at 11 am i get a call from your team telling me that tha hotel booking was cancel-led due to a technical glitch. How could a e-giant company like mmt make such nonsense reason that too hours before my check in time. Very pathetic though tha issue got resolved later, and many thanks to your team member name sunita. But cancel-ling the booking at last minutes now have raised concern for future bookings in mmt app. Thanks

Clean & spacious room. Courteous staff. Good food. Value for money. The balcony is also a good addition. The sheets were clean. If you need anything, just call the reception and they are happy to help.
