Washrooms are bad no hot water and moreover towels are torn

location is fine , fun they have turned a wedding venue into a hotel. there is no proper resturant . Only room sercice, secondly there is no exhaust in bathrooms. rates are as highnas five star hotel.

The resort is located about 7–8 km from Mahakaleshwar Temple, a bit away from the heart of Ujjain. The property is new and quite beautiful — could easily be used for film shoots or photo sessions. Pros: • Visually appealing and spacious; great for relaxation or content creation. Bathroom Tap is just beside door. All water drains and messes the whole washroom. Bad design. • Staff are polite and well-mannered, despite limited resources. • Auto cabs are accessible, though rates tend to be higher due to its location on the bypass Cons: • No hot water, which is a major issue. • Bathrooms lack basic hangers or storage. • No in-house kitchen — food is ordered from outside and is below average in taste and quality. • Tea was especially disappointing. • The resort feels isolated — gives more of a village vibe, so you might miss the authentic energy and spiritual atmosphere of Ujjain. Overall: While the resort looks great, the lack of amenities and disconnect from Ujjain’s cultural core make it less ideal for those seeking a complete Ujjain experience. Suitable for short stays or those prioritizing aesthetics over convenience.

This hotel is good only for show and the rest is very third class. Neither the room service is proper nor the washroom is proper. The name maintenance is proper. I have had the worst experience. I will stay in this hotel and will not stay in such a hotel next time!.. its very 3rd class hotel

However, it is clear that the resort is still in its initial stages of development, as many essential amenities are either missing or unavailable. For instance, there were no recreational facilities or common areas that one might expect from a resort of this kind, which limited opportunities for relaxation or entertainment. Rooms the rooms at raja shree ram resort were a letdown in terms of space. Despite the serene location and promising exterior, the accommodations felt cramped and lacked the spaciousness one would typically associate with a resort. This made the stay slightly uncomfortable, especially for those with luggage or those traveling in groups. The limited space could be a significant drawback for families looking for a comfortable stay. Dining experience one of the major disappointments was the lack of an in-house restaurant. While the complimentary breakfast was well-prepared and enjoyable, the absence of a dedicated dining space was a glaring oversight. This was the worst experience, the staff was uneducated untrained and simply stupid and rude. There was no service at all.

While hotel is new basics are clearly missing. Not getting hot water in bath is an issue. Design has flaws & some of the rooms are still incomplete. Arguably the worst breakfast possible & the chef & staff is cocky to even acknowledge the issues.
