From the moment we arrived, Mr. Pathak went out of his way to ensure our trip was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Knowing we were visiting Mahakal Temple, he graciously arranged golf carts for our convenience, making our darshan experience stress-free. What truly touched us was his effort in organizing VVIP temple entrance, which allowed us a peaceful and fulfilling darshan without the long wait. The MPT Samrat Vikramaditya The Heritage, Ujjain stay itself was fantastic – comfortable, well-maintained rooms, excellent amenities, and delicious food that showcased the best of local and multi-cuisine offerings. Every meal reflected care and quality. What truly sets Mr. Pathak apart is his personal commitment to guests. My sister accidentally left her purse behind, and to our absolute amazement, Mr. Pathak personally ensured it was delivered safely to her home in Bhopal. This level of responsibility and care is rare and invaluable. Vikramaditya Palace (MPT) is more than just a beautiful place to stay – it’s where hospitality is genuine and heartfelt. We are deeply grateful to Mr. Pathak and the entire team for making our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Ujjain.

This is to express our gratitude for a wonderful stay for our entire family. The arrangement was impeccable with clean rooms, superior service and a rustic vintage vibe to the entire place. Each detail of the interiors and the setup has been well thought through which resonates the Heritage theme. The food offering has a widespread pure veg buffet with customisations as required ensured with no hesitation. Unaware of the occassion, we landed there right in middle of the Shahi Sawari- on the last Somwar of Shrawan. Amidst a procession on the roads with no place to walk, the MPT Samrat Vikramaditya The Heritage, Ujjain staff including Mr. Ajay Ranawat ensured that e rickshaw was arranged to help out family with senior citizens travelling us to reach the MPT Samrat Vikramaditya The Heritage, Ujjain. Lift and wheelchair service is available for aiding the residents. Only request is if a sidebar railing can be added for walking on the stairs in the foyer. A special thanks to Ankit from the restaurant who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. We were especially impressed by the manager, who took the time to personally give us insights into the property and shared interesting details about the rich history of Ujjain. He went above and beyond by helping us arrange for Darshan and the Bhasma Aarti, even assigning a security personnel to assist us and ensure a smooth and peaceful experience at the temple. The level of care and attention we received truly made us feel at home. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend MPT Samrat to anyone visiting Ujjain. Every moment spent there is filled with warmth, care, and genuine concern from the staff. Their attention to even the smallest details such as from food arrangements to temple visits makes you feel special, whether you're traveling solo or with family. I especially loved the Beetroot Kabab, Rose Kheer, and the delicious Shahi Tukda which they cooked on demand, was made with so much love that it truly elevated the experience. A heartfelt thank you to Satish Pathak Sir, whose support in every aspect made me feel completely at home. He truly went above and beyond like a local guardian ensuring my stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. We had a wonderful stay .. It’s not a MPT Samrat Vikramaditya The Heritage, Ujjain .. it’s a Resort and just next to temple .. so serene and you can hear Jay Mahakal all the time. Rooms are prestine

Right next to Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Dham. clean rooms, good quality food, excellent hospitality of the entire staff.

Everything was just fab. Staff gas very helpful, helped us with early check in and check out. Even packed us something since we checked out at 6am.
