An Amazing Stay

Right from the time I arrived, the experience at MPT Heritage Hotel Maharajwada felt truly special. Manish welcomed me warmly and took care of parking, while Rahul helped us with our bags and made settling in effortless. Small gestures like these make a big difference when you’re travelling with family. I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels, but this was the first time someone highlighted the USP of my room—a crystal-clear view of the Mahakaleshwar Temple. It gave me goosebumps the moment I stepped in. A big thank you to Manisha, who went out of her way to arrange my stay exactly as I had requested and made sure I got this very special view. Another shoutout to Prashant Chaubey, whose knowledge about the hotel and its details is remarkable, and to the dinner staff who were absolutely amazing with their service. Despite travelling with my 2-month-old newborn, the comfort and care I received made me feel like I was at my own home rather than in a hotel. The most unforgettable part of my visit was the smooth Darshan and Jalabhishek at Parsheshwar Temple, all thanks to Mr. Satish Pathak. His support and guidance made the experience seamless. Ravi, who escorted us to the temple, and Manoj, with his e-kart, ensured our visits were completely hassle-free. Everything was so well managed under the leadership of Satish Sir that I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. It was such a memorable stay that I’ve already booked my next visit. Thank you to the entire team for making this trip to Ujjain unforgettable. 🙏

The location of the hotel is very convenient for visiting Mandir. Its just walking distance. The food is amazing. Staff are courteous. The property itself is well maintained and there are enough things to spend time in and around the hotel.

The stay was good but the food was not up to the mark less spread in the buffet menu and the service was horrible it took the m 20 minutes just to get a roti or naan. Mandatory improvement required in buffet

We had the opportunity to stay for a short visit to attend the Bhasma Aarathi. The hotel is conveniently located just two minutes from the main gate of the temple, making it very accessible. The staff and management were extremely helpful in arranging our entry, and the food provided was of good quality.

Great property, service can improve

Overall, The property is very good. It's truly a heritage property and well maintained and the decor and the field is really so all that is really great food. We had a couple of meals was very good as well. Breakfast was alright but the area that needs improvement is service. I think the property is short staff. Also they can the staff can be trained more like any other five star property. So they attentiveness sometimes lack of response or service really causes some challenges but otherwise you're very good experience and it's in the heart in walking distance from all temples, and of course the main Mahakal Temple so great place to be at.

The room was very clean and comfortable. My culinary experience was also outstanding, and the staff was very friendly. And the location of hotel was very near the temple and it was very convenient to visit the temple . The properties facilities were also very well maintained and added to our overall enjoyment.
