The staff were not very co-operative. We checked in by 11.30 pm as our flight was delayed, the check in procedure took about 30 mins as the key card was not working. By the time we entered the room, in-room dining asked us to order food from the mid night menu . The staff were not very accommodating to bend some rules inspite of the fact that they knew we had a late check in. very disappointed
