It was a great experience with great staff, also room are neat and clean good hotel

worst ever seen. no cleanliness and even amenities shown in discription was not available actually.

First time Very bad experience of stay in hotel aarav and hotel aarav 94 Not good behaviour from hotel staff

Our room hot water not comming ,the bed sheet was not changed, management poor.

The service was the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The front desk didn’t respond to complaints, and the staff was outright rude when asked for help. Even a simple request like getting extra pillows took several hours. Highly unprofessional.

There were cockroaches in the room, dirty and unhygienic. If it was not an emergency i would not have stayed here

Do not book here , as you will not find the rooms as shown in the picture. Worst experience i had. AC was not working

This is a fraud case by mm t the room was pathetic not suitable for family bcz of the room condition and ill environment and it was reported to mm t immediately. They said that money shall be reverted, but it did not happened.

I got very difficulty to get room and they have charged me extra payment because i have booked room so don't book in this property if you book you will be in trouble they show picture of property something and give you something else and if you refuse then they send you same property. But extra charges because they have 3 to 4 property as same name so don't be confuse guys just come and check room i got very much difficulty to take room

The stay was not upto the mark, even the location given on mm t app was not correct and the property owner took 1 hour to answer my phone call for that 1 hour i had to face extreme difficulty in finding the location. Kindly look into the matter.
