Terrible Stay
I would neither recommend nor visit this hotel again... Radisson Blue and Sayaji are far better option in this category... Food tastes pretty average however price is exorbitantly high... unhappy about the front office staff
Overall stay was good but the front office staff is very slow. were not helpful at all at the time of check in. More over they are adamant in what they say is final. I checked in early & paid early check-in price. The room which was allotted has water seeping on the window glass. I had wait till 2 pm & literally fight to shift me another room.

Terible Experience
I had a very disappointing experience at WOW Hotel Indore. Right from check-in, I was met with unprofessionalism. A staff member named Binita was shockingly rude and completely lacking in basic hospitality etiquette. She spoke in a disrespectful tone, showed no willingness to help, and made the entire process extremely frustrating. Despite room availability, I was forced to pay extra for an early check-in, with no courtesy or explanation – just plain arrogance. For a hotel that claims to offer premium service, this was absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting respectful treatment or professional service. There are far better options in Indore where the staff actually understands how to treat guests.
