I stayed in Junior suite room which was in very bad condition. The resort has not very adequate restaurent, no meals as per ur choice. After 7 pm they will not provide Tea or Coffee. Service is in very bad condition. Unprofessional staff.

Overall the infrastructure was so good. The ambience and look wise was wonderful. The grand view of the swimming pool is full of greenery. About service & food, it was not good. They don't provide a number of varieties in breakfast. They have a very common breakfast menu. About service, they're very slow in response.

Very non welcoming staff. We were told that there is no lift for us and the reason to this was that the lift is there for premium rooms and not for the deluxe room booking. The tap in the washroom was leaking when we tried to use. Tge table in the room had stains. The pool was dirty.

Hotel rooms are not well managed. Bathroom was dirty and showers are not working properly. Doors were not getting locked properly. We have given dirty blankets and walls were dirty. Not worthy to stay even at free cost. Very bas breakfast experience. I believe they are more of banquet than hotel. Hotel staff was available only after 8am for tea. Tea was offered in paper cups during breakfast. Worst stay experience after many years. Pathetic experience .
