We were not given our rooms on time and had to wait for more than 2 hours. The rooms we finally received were also not as clean as expected. However, the staff was helpful and tried their best to assist us throughout our stay.

The stay was amazing especially the location of the hotel which is in heart of Indore. Very close to Chappan Market. The food is excellent. Had dinner on roof top restaurant and the ambience was just fabulous.

Rooms are in poor condition. Hotels entire 2nd floor smells like a toilet. Cockroaches in room. Bedsheets and cushion covers are having small holes. Booked this property a month ago and hotel alloted a room with musty smell. When I refused to stay in that room then they offered a room without Ac. Then I asked for refund after that hotel manager alloted another room. This place needs immediate renovation. Till then please avoid booking in this hotel.
