Stay was overall good. Some basic hospitality norms were missing which was surprising for a 5 star hotel. Many of the staff (not all) at breakfast buffet behaved like they were doing the guests a favour. I stayed for 5 days and this was their behaviour everyday and not a one-off. Room service and house-keeping were great.

The floor was unclean, telephone was not working, dustbin was broken. Most important thing, the switches to turn on and off the lights in room were not functioning. The lights would turn on in middle of the night. I will not recommend this hotel as they are not keeping the standards of the trusted chain of Sayaji

The room infrastructure was bad. The lights kept on turning on/off without any reason. The hotel didn't clean my room between the two days of my stay. The room service was very slow just to get cutlery.

Though the property is good the staff is not up to the mark. If booked online food bill room service has to be paid at the same time and bills are not handled properly. Pool experience is horrible as the life Gaurd literally checks my pants whether it’s swim ware or not! Reception person was saying we will not let you in the pool without shower cap. In simple words anything without proper standard protocol stinks. It will be the first and last stay for me here.
