Essentia Luxury Hotel

Overall the Hotel seemed good. Had all the amenities. It was pretty clean as well. However the reception responsiveness can improve. I had a delivery coming in the Essentia Luxury Hotel and although from reception I was told that they would receive it and bring in my room, that did not happen. My delivery partner was waiting outside the Essentia Luxury Hotel premises for a long time and after multiple follow ups, they took the parcel and gave it to me. Also there’s some wear and tear in the room with some areas losing their shine… Since it is a five star Essentia Luxury Hotel, I’m comparing it with Radisson and Taj and hence I’m bringing these points that seem not Upto the mark in comparison. It can do with some maintenance effort. Otherwise overall it was a good stay.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The highlight was definitely the food—truly the best taste I've experienced in Indore. Every meal was delicious and full of flavor. A special mention to the chefs—they were not only incredibly talented but also very polite and humble. I was touched by their kindness, especially when they didn’t charge for any meals for my 2-year-old daughter during our 3-day stay. To top it off, the Essentia Luxury Hotel even upgraded my room at no extra cost, which made the experience even more special. I’ve stayed in Indore before, but I’ve never come across such a combination of hospitality, taste, and warmth. I strongly recommend this Essentia Luxury Hotel to anyone visiting the city. You won’t be disappointed!

Value for every penny spent. Worth staying place in INDORE....... Most Beautiful look . Location awesome and solitude the staff is so warm and the food and ambience is best . Rooms are pretty clean . and staff is friendly and also food is available in best tastes .The interior is really good. Service is very nice every call by front is reacted quickly . the front desk manager helped us for every requirement.

Good house keeping team and well maintained.Hospitality is also good with awesome swimming pool.Reception staff is also great behaviour

Staff is very polite and stay is very comfortable, check in check out process is very smooth and the best part they provide early check in which is the reason we always opt for essentia to stay in indore.

Stay was good. Room was enough in size and clean too. But for a 5 star property .... something is not right. Like there is no entertainment zone. Gym and TT table is there in the basement
