We stayed here for 2 days due to occasion of birthday. While booking I had added in the special request that I would be requiring room decor and a small cake or pastry at the night of 3rd! While checking in i had reminded them regarding the request and they said we will check and let you knw, at that time I said I atleast require a pastry at night. Still no response during that day!! At around 11PM at night I came down to check with the reception guy, he said you can't request this the same day and I reminded him that its already there in the special request While I booked the room. He said he have to check with the restaurant as the fresh pastry is not available now. I waited their for the response for more than 15-20 minutes and still no response. When I was finally pissed off and asked him what's the update, he said go and check with the restaurant manger yourself! He was very rude!!! teach you staff how yo behave with customers. We are not staying here for free. This is your negligence for avoiding the request and still we were patiently asking for updates and we are getting this behavior in return?? like seriously? I requested the restaurant manager and he said he will arrange one before 12AM. Note - the road towards hotel is very bad.

This property is in remote location and without parking facilities. And the toilet doors are making noise and fittings are substandard levels. This properly is not at all 5 star property. We opt this property instead of Sheraton and we regret with our decision

Pathetic service I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service we received during our breakfast this morning. We placed our order well over an hour ago and are still waiting for it to be served. The prolonged and unexplained delay has been incredibly frustrating, and we found the lack of communication from the staff particularly disheartening. A simple breakfast should not take this long, and the overall experience has been far from satisfactory.

The stay was very Conformable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were even kind enough to ugrade our room from basic to premium. Service was quick. Delicious breakfast. Only cons I could find is that it is little inside and far from City.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I want to especially appreciate Sachin Baghel from housekeeping. He did an amazing job keeping the room clean, organized, and comfortable throughout my stay. His attention to detail, professional attitude, and polite behavior truly made a difference. He was always respectful, helpful, and ensured everything was perfect without even needing to be asked. Along with this, I also want to highlight the fantastic restaurant service at the hotel. The food quality was excellent, and the fact that the kitchen is open 24*7 made it even more convenient and satisfying. Every meal was delicious and served with care, which made the dining experience really enjoyable. A special thanks to Manager Tarun, who was extremely attentive and responsive to all our requests. No matter what we asked for, he ensured it was taken care of promptly and with a smile. His dedication and commitment to guest satisfaction stood out and made us feel truly valued.

The room was clean and proper. Our stay was very comfortable. Staff was also nice and prompt. Only issue we faced was reaching at the property because the road was under construction and google didn't took us from the correct way in one go. Otherwise the stay was good.
