worst experience
No one to pick up phone at reception or house keeping in the night.. very problematic service.. breakfast given was stale and room interior looked old.. false ceiling was broken

In my opinion all the bookings made via makemytrip gets 2nd grade treatment in all hotels, as they know this is not cancelled and its a trapped customer. They don't offer you best room or facilities and service to you.

Property's location is in an upcoming area so slightly secluded . Theres no micro market nearby. Hotel is the only commercial establishment so one is kind of secluded in the hotel. This is the down side of the property. Otherwise everything is fine

the manager had the audacity to take my check in form and tell me to go to another hotel. I did not want to find my personal phone number and asked him to show me a copy of their hotel policy or police regulation that required me to provide a phone number. Property access is very difficult. I kep on going round and round. The food was below average. Water in the bathroom was hard. I felt a layer of something after taking a shower.

The stay was super comfortable, reception staff and service staff was very responsive and most of the food we had at the restaurant was very good. Must try Kadhai Paneer, Chilli Basil Paneer, Hara Bhara Kebab and Dahi k Sholay
